As island natives, we love helping other grow a deep love for the area we grew to love in our childhoods, that brings them back year after year! In 2022, we fulfilled a lifelong dream of returning home by launching Komoto Coastal Properties and now own our very own piece of our beautiful little island, and we’re eager to share our dream with you. We are proud partners with the Golden Isles Convention & Visitors Bureau, which is dedicated to protecting the environment in which we live, work and play. Additionally, we are thrilled to be partners of St. Simons Land Trust's Pennies for Perseveration environmental conservation program, in which we contribute 1% of our bookings to the preservation of our sleepy little island. Every guest staying in our home can proudly know they are doing their part to preserve St. Simons Island. Finally, we are also outstanding members of AirBNB and VRBO.
